The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, ...

The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

It should be a mix n match of both, as the Private sector can give better services in terms of professional faculty/teachers whereas the state can provide better infrastructural support.

सरकारी तंत्र व्यस्थित हो जायेगा, और आगामी मन की बात में अगले प्रदेश का नाम बताने पर पूरा का पूरा प्रदेश तैयारी में जुट जायेगा, जिन्हे ईनाम मिलेगा वे तो खुश होंगे ही साथ में जिन्होंने आपसे प्रश्न पूछा है, वे खुद पे फक्र महसूस करेंगे कि उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री से बात की है. इसमें एक कंडीशन जरूर शामिल करे कि आपसे कोई जन - प्रतिनिधि बात ना करे, सीधे जन से ही बात करे. आगे जारी है… (3)

इस तरह आपसे 45 लोग आपसे सवाल पूछेंगे जिसमे 23 गांव और 22 शहर शामिल हो जाएंगे फिर आखिरी के 10 मिनिट में आप और आपकी टीम यह तय करेगी कि सबसे अधिक सार्थक , उत्तरदायित्व वाला प्रश्न किसका था ? पहला पुरस्कार 2 लाख का गावं के लिए एवं शहर के लिए फिर उसके बाद दूसरा 1 लाख का पुरुस्कार गांव व शहर के लिए रहेगा, प्रदेश वाइज बात करने से हर राज्य का नागरिक आपसे मन से जुड़ जायेगा और इनाम देने से एक जिम्मेदारी का अहसास होगा, और 23 गांव और 22 शहर के नागरिको से आपके बात करने के कारण पूरा आगे जारी है… (2)

Respected P.M, If all MP's, MLA's and all Government officials and their spouse get treatment in Government Hospitals all over India rather than Private hospitals for which government compensate them. Due to this change by Government all the Government Hospitals will be developed automatically. And if the same officials undertake treatment in Private Hospitals then Government need not compensate them due to which government will save money.Same must be applicable for their Children's Education.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्रीजी, आपकी मन की बात सुना, मैं आपसे कुछ शेयर करना चाहता हूँ कि आप अपने मन की बात तो कहते तो है पर हमारे मन की बात भी सुने तो सोने पर सुहागा हो जाये. जैसे कि आप 2 घंटे का समय देशवासिओ के लिए निकाले, यह प्रदेश वाइज होगा और बेहतर होगा कि आप इसकी शुरुआत जम्मू & कश्मीर से करे. इसके तीन हिस्से हो, पहले 20 मिनिट में आप बोले, फिर 90 मिनिट के समय में एक सवाल गांव का नागरिक आपके एक सवाल पूछे फिर शहर का एक नागरिक आपसे सवाल पूछे, सबके लिए दो मिनिट का समय हो तो, आगे जारी है…………(1)

Weather modern Era or Oldest Era, The Person Who is having the Skill always Acknowledged, So Skill is Very important, In the Modern Era the Skill is the Only Requirement, In the Today's World or in India , Institute and School are Not Having Facility or Faculity to Provide School n i.e only Because of Corruption, i think AICTE Should Be More responsible and Provide Certification only Those Who is Eligble For it.
