Skill development is a public-private partnership issue. I share the govt's view that only the govt. should not be held responsible for all the development. Private sector has vast talent and technical resources that can be immediately harnessed to undertake a lot of research and development required to chalk out a plan for skill development in mining or any other sector. Models need to be studied and then a suitable skill development plan to be put in place in record time.

I think that it should be undertaken by private sector because as per the present situation in the country, private sector people are much more equipped with the skill development skills and they can teach in much better way to the people. It has another reason also if they do well, they can be given further chances and they will be renowned in the country by their work which I think any govt. employee will hardly bother. Further they will be under pressure to do their best...

I visited Ladakh ,It is a very windy place and there is tremendous scope for wind power electricity generation ,please do something
I also met one person who supplies equipment for producing cooking gas from food waste,It would greatly help us if we could install equipment for cooking gas production from food waste in each house .
In whole of the country start cycling for at least once in a week ,that will save billions of rupees of fuel for the nation
make cycle lanes in city roads
