PM Modiji is very popular in India. I had a thought to use this popularity as a fund raising policy. Modiji can go to a city to interact with people for 1 hour, after the event people will have a dinner. However the dinner plate will be charged Rs. 10000/- per plate. If 500 people show up on the day, PMO fund of Rs. 50 Lacs will be generated. This money can be used to various productive activities in the City.
Not only Modiji but also any of the Cabinet Minister can organize such a fund raising

Respected Prime Minister Sir,
We are highly thankful to you for giving urgent attention to skill development in the Country. Sir, as you are aware that at present we have a large number of ITIs running in the Country, but still today the course curriculum is not in line with the market requirement. Private players may be advised to come forward in making these institutes more professional in their academic outreach.
