The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Sir, I am an Engineering student and i see that the prime source of nutrition i.e, milk is too costly these days to be affordable by poor families, my idea is that if there can be a plan like "Swachh Bharat Abhiyan " where we can ask individuals to rear a cow (considered sacred) at home and use milk generated for the welfare of the society it may lead to another "White Revolution" in India within a short span of time and it may also address the problem of malnutrition among young children.

skill development any majority sectors including mining must be mainly run by private sector. govt should act as regulator. it so coz its the private which is more updated and finally ill provide employment , so it knows demands of market, but govt should see that skill development doesnot get narrowed down, to maintain other social factors

To HRD minister, Mam, i am a Math teacher, teaching to VII,VIII std. but i am not happy about our education systems. i hope that being minister you will look into the system. ,

More likely government authority . Intervention of private could lead to rise in fees. However, poor section could n't be benefitted.

I have an idea in my mind that in every high school there should be one ITI holder or one diploma Engineer or one degree engineer to train the students,the basic skill development.Which is most required thing for the country

It should undertaken by the private sector. In this way the growth will be much faster and govt. will achieve particular required target. .

As our P.M said we have to create opportunity for people, who want to learn practical work and dedicate to contributing their effort in increasing local business. Our MSME have to find those local businessman and help them to increase there production and the same increase quality of local products.

Respected Sir, one more major issue is high criminalisation among youth of 16-24 especially from urban villages, business class . Drinking in groups in cars in residential colonies , marriages, riding motorbikes without helmets on high speed, no fear of law and police. Even police doesn't catch them. Sir, suggest to raise driving licence age to 25 years as people are still matured and professionally engaged so commit less crimes. lack of parental control is the major reason.please addresss this.
