We already have rich demographic dividend and In order to immediately harness their potential we need to provide them atleast with good basic skill development some basics if not good education. Only then we can reduce disguised unemployment in the primary sector and reduce poverty by channeling such people into manufacturing sector as there is demand for labour who have basic knowledge in handling machines.

Sir first of all make policy to give same education to all the Indians make a single education board and same subjects all over the country so that it gave same opportunity to every Indians same education must required in private as well as in govt school

I hope skill development should start frm their early days of college. That makes them employed as getting a degree. These developments aftr age of 25 doesn't impose any change.

i would go to the extent of saying that qualification and certificate is only a license to enter the job and it is skill and only skill development will help. skill development right from school days would only help India and education system needs a thorough change and yes You can sir and you will. i remember my review in Hindu about Kalam's book vision 2020

Developing skill among the youth is vital for country's growth. In India, we have more than 60% of our population between age of 25 to 35. If we train them proper skills, they will not only benefit our social and economic condition of our country, but will bring name and fame to the country. The whole world needs skilled youth at present. If we send our skilled youth to foreign countries, they will bring a greater increase in our forex reserves. Youth will not get diverted to wrong paths.

For highly educated people of India, there should be some common social responsibility defined. For example, every qualified engineer should give lectures in engineering colleges on weekends, free of cost. Like CSR, this should be part of "educated people's social responsibility". There can be some recognitions designed to encourage such initiatives.
