Give poor a voice, better wages, and good working conditions. Companies employing workers can share the burden of the workers social needs (substantial burden been borne by the employers) viz., housing, furnishing etc. requirements. Workers /poor class can be provided with free food during working hours and those below a particular wage level may be provided with basic health facilities at substantially reduced or no cost.

A city needs good planning. but if a city is an old one, then u can always construct good roads and good connectivity. widen the roads and increase the transport from the city to other places.
