Reducing urban, semi-urban & rural divide
Davanagere district has 803 revenue villages
If suppose 10 families find context in Davanagere city each year and relocate, 803*10=8030 Families.
If each family has on an average 5 persons, city population increases 40,000 / year.
Better connectivity and revenue sources must be available at all the neighboring villages to minimize the urban relocation of rural families.
Implementing PURA concept at Hobali level.

Revenue generation
Through industrialization and manufacturing friendly environment
Tax structure should not be increased as it would just lead to the slowdown of economy and bring down the whole idea of smart city.
Revenue collection from all the revenue houses.
StartUp business should be supported to enable rapid job creation and revenue generation
Promotion to Food processing industry, automobile, textile and electronic manufacturing industries.
