Infrastructure in terms of sewerage, traffic and transport needs to be upgraded along with services related to SWM, water supply, e-Gov, grievance- redressal and IT are to be improved.

It has to fulfill the aspiration of its inhabitants across the city not only in terms of livability but also in terms of improvement in their livelihood prospects and their productivity so that the merit of inclusiveness can be attained.

It can best be achieved by utilization and reform of existing infrastructure and resources in a frugal manner and encasing merits of interdependence and co-evolution of activities and traditions.
