Kota has been selected in the list of 100 Smart Cities announced in August 2015. Currently, Kota Nagar Nigam is in process of preparing the Smart City Proposal, which would form the basis for selecting the First 20 Smart Cities – for implementation from 2016. The Smart City Proposal is your proposal – the voice of Kota. We request each and every citizen of Kota to share his / her suggestions for pan-city developments in Kota.

Pan city initiatives are smart solutions that benefit the entire city by improving one or more elements of city infrastructure, services or governance.

We request the citizens to suggest the top priority pan city solution to be taken up for Kota smart City. An indicative list of broad segments of smart solutions is as follows:

• Smart Solid Waste Management
• Smart Utilities
• Smart Buses for Public Transport
• Smart Traffic and Parking Solutions
• E-governance
• Centralized Command & Control Center
• Smart Surveillance and Safety Solutions

Citizens may also suggest any other innovative ideas / solutions which they feel may have a wide-spread impact improving the quality of life of most of the citizens across the city.

The last date to submit your suggestions / comments is 4th December, 2015.

Please ensure a better connectivity for all in the city, the lack of public transport in the city is a major drawback. The citizens needs a good & well connected public transport network.

The city needs to be clean, please make sure the cleanliness of the city is taken up as a priority task. No more garbage dumps here and there in the city.

कोटा को air connectivty और aims जैसे मेडिकल संस्थान की आवश्यकता है skill बहुत है दिशा मिल गयी तो 1 नंबर सिटी होगी कोटा सांसद जनता से जुडे हुए है यह बहुत संतोषजनक है

SMART CITY KOTA should use maximum of its electricity by solar power,underground cables,maximum greenery,poly bags ban,flyovers for traffic,vehicles with electric and CNG,hoarding free roads,maintenance dept in every sector must work,tourist care help line,cultural heritage in monuments,cctv in every roads and streets, maximum area wi fi coverage. sabse pahle to log samzdar bane kyuki kota main jitni gandagi hy na wo gaw main be nahi hoti . kyuki adat karab hy logo ki , kuch be saman lena hota hy uske liye pilitine chiye unhe . jabki us politine ka koi use nahi hota or wo usme kachra barke road pe ya ise jagar fekete hy jaha gandgi dekhti ho . is tarah wo jagah or gandgi ho jati hy.

1) There is a lots of tempos, auto-rikshas in the city. They should be in limit. City buses should be in the routine. 2) Main market/area is nearly cleaned, but typical area are worst, one can't passes through these area. Please give eyes over there.
