The Borekhera Area of kota city Should first develop with Good Rubber Road, Public Toilate and I busss must be start . and industrialist can start their software industries in this area. Side road is must so that accident can avoid. Road Light system should be grounded,and LPG Distribution should be under grounded.All the Service Provider Should give Proper Network for mobile Communication and Internet Connection.

कोटा शहर को बडाने से शहर स्मार्ट नहीं बनेगा, बल्की शहर को वर्टिकल बडाना चाहिए अर्थात् शहर कॉलोनियों बसाने के स्थान पर मल्टीस्टोरी बनाई जानी चाहिए, ताकि कम जगह में अधिक से अधिक को मकान मिल सके और हमारे जंगल और क़षि भूमि बच सके
