A separate area should be created for providing good facilities to incoming student in Kota for coaching classes. This would help in reducing various related problems that have cropped up due to large inflow of students from pan-india.

Lakhawa area and other peripheral regions are prime areas for development of investment and industrial zones. This will revive Kota's old status as the Kanpur of Rajasthan.

The old city has a lot of problems in infrastructure. The roads are very narrow and water leakages are there. Old city is the pride of kota and it should be restored.

There is a lot of land that is lying vacant in surrounding areas of kota. That land can be easily developed without causing any major inconvenience to the citizens. Kota can develop industrial units or modern residential area or even coaching area in the outskirts. That would also reduce lot of pressure on current infrastructure caused by the burgeoning student population.

Some areas require retrofitting also, especially the old kota area. The roads there are too narrow and the entire infrastructure is old and outdated.

Kota should do greenfield development - the aerodrome area at the centre of the city should be developed properly. It will generate lot of revenues as well as make good use of the vacant lying land.
