आगरा की आबादी के हिसाब से यहाँ पर सुविधाओं की कमी है।आगरा को स्मार्ट सिटी बनाने के लिए सरकार को पहल करनी चाहिए।यह शहर विश्व मानचित्र पर अपनी एक पहचान रखता है।अतः यहाँ पर विश्व स्तरीय सुविधाएँ होनी चाहिए।

Electronic surveillance of the City would go a long way to check traffic violations, encroachments of public areas & drive against crime. It needs to be incorporated in the plan.

Namchi needs proper residential apartments. The RCC buildings constructed by private persons for letting on rent lacks quality and space. The area around Kamrang Degree college or Kopchey Public ground can be earmarked for residential complexes and they can be connected with main market by public transport.
The district administration center (DAC) can be shifted further down to Tangshang and the existing building of DAC can be altered as shopping center with play zone and inox.
