Shops of basic necessities are less in number in and around the area of New Town. Please increase the number of shops so that it becomes easy for the locales of the area for living a suitable life.

To keep a locality clean, dustbins and public toilets must be builed at frequent intervals. This will prevent unnecessary littering and will ensure healthy neighbourhood.

New Town doesn't have enough hopitals in and around the area. Please increase the number of hospitals for providing medical facilities at any hour of the day.

I would request the higher authority to take care of the traffic tactfully. It's really crowded during the office rush. It becomes really problematic for the commuters to travel peacefully at that time.

There should be more routes and traffic can be diverted to these in case there is heavy traffic.
