There must be maintain of peace and security.
All the public should be co-operate in the development process.
The scheme and budget should well utilised.
Educational facilities should be develop in every corner of Pasighat and it’s catmint area.

-Roads are the one that should be the one to be in a proper way.

Government must make a rule that there must be compulsory to plant 3 plants outside of every home. And must be regular checking. This will help to make a Pasighat a pollution free city

The city need to be decongested from traffic. This can be done by : Making roads one way, strict penalty for parking on road, moving busy temporary markets (flower / vegetable / weekly market) out of city.
Most importantly, heavy vehicles should be moved out on city perimeter.

that instead of curative act, people of the area should be trained about ill effect of rush driving, drug addiction, harming with women and elderly people

He traffic rules and regulations should be made strict. Like in European countries, the vehicles shall follow designated lane so that the
traffic looks disciplined and chaos free.pasighat shall be the first Indian city to adopt this and that will set an example of how pasighat is
different from rest of India. pasighat with better commercial infrastructure.
pasighat an education center with better communication and transport and better business.

Siang River should be done immediately or some part of low lying areas like market area to sill would be inundated since level of river is rising due to silting or deposit of sand in its bed.
