This is called smart grid technology. Smart city is a concept where life is technology- driven with efficient use of energy and resources. For example, you have forgotten to turn-off a light in your house and you are in train to your work place which is 40 km away, you can still switch it off remotely.

As Pasighat is a mini India, discrimination between the different sects of the people must be stopped. Because, as is evident, outsiders are and would be the great contributors in the developments of Pasighat.

My most important demand at the last is one big yoga centres. Everyone must known the thing that smart city is only successful only when the dwellers of the city are physical and mentally sound with the thought of spiritualism in them. At the end i would like to see a wild life sanctuary with the toy trains inside it for the easy convenience of the tourist.

Apart from the development, one of the most important developments are the educational fields. More and more schools with technical collage should be heeded upon. All of them must be complete with the modern infrastructure so that Pasighat could be became a great educational hub having highly qualified and skilled teachers.

Awareness campaigns should be organised for the proper use of water and electricity. More and more dustbins should be installed to make the city neat and clean. The one who does not obey the rules of cleanliness, could be detected from the spy cameras easily. They should be penalised though they may be juveniles.

Smart city should be economically driven, not technology driven.Market area should be neat and clean with sanitary toilet in each corner and there should be a smart city parking for vehicles.

We need smart cities because there will be no problem for people to face the difficulties. There will be development in the city like road construction, top-building, more government hospitals, availability of goods etc. also we need smart city as it will become easier for the foreign direct investment to invest outside companies in smart cities.

WAYS OF FULFILL THE GAP BETWEEN THE RICH AND POOR
Though our municipal council is trying to facilitate the town with proper water supply, electricity, sanitation, law and order but still now at many of the corners, this could not be properly implemented. Though electricity has got 80% success in whole of the town but still some of the areas are facing the problems of low voltage.

Another smart ideas, which would again be a great achievement not only for the Pasighat but could extent its helping hand abroad also. One hydro project of 20,000 mega watts on the main Siang river is greatly necessary.
