The Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) is pleased to inform you that our City has been selected through a competitive process for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). In the next phase, our city has to compete with others to make it to the top 20 to be taken up for first round of funding, for year 2015-16.

Pasighat is now required to formulate a vision, mission and a proposal in consultation with its citizens and other stakeholders. Your City needs you!! So, PMC urges the citizens of Pasighat to share their opinions and ideas to make our “Pasighat- a Credible Smart City”. Your views are valuable and can make a difference to our city!!

Your valuable suggestions can bring significant transformation to your city and improve the life of citizens.

Please share your ideas to make Pasighat – a credible Smart City.

t is a good idea but there should be pay attention on atmosphere. we should focus on the traffic and also provide a online service to check whether a car/bike(vehicle) is valid or not by just scanning their number by traffic police(RTO service) that will reduce much time. checking the vehicles and specially provide the internet in rural areas by which they also will aware about the things which going on in our country and update themself .

To regain the lost glory of thick forest with full of interesting flora and fauna, we must take up plantation work. Township need avenue plantation. All the River bank also need more plantation so that any eventuality of flash flood could be prevented instead of costly embankment with CC.

1. Should have the scene of greenery all over the city for sustainable development. 2. Should have photo synthesis tower. 3. Proper security system. 4. Factory and fresh fruit production.

To the area should be trained about ill effect of rush driving, drug addiction, harming with talk about security of citizens, I must suggest that instead of curative act, people of women and elderly people, creating nuisance in society etc.

Smart city should be 1. Good road link 2. Good network facility 3. Good traffic rule 4. Good Electricity i.e. 24 hrs 5. Rule and regulation should be strike.

Violation of traffic rule should be panelized with detergent punishment so that violators do not repeat in future. Electronically operated Traffic signal should be installed in all the important locations which should be monitored from an office. Traffic polish should be posted in all the locations with radios so that any irregularities or violation of rules could be attended immediately.

1. Want good hospital so that our peoples are not compelled to go outside the state for treatment. 2. Good facilities in the hospital such as electricity(round the clock & with high voltage) water & for sanitation. 3. Also good electric facilities for the public. 4. Good transport system inside the town.

Smart city should be pollution for city. So thate the city will remain clean and there would be all necessary things for a person eg:- good commutation, good traffic system and there should be hallipate in hospital for if there will be any emergency case. Which can be used in another city and underground drainage system? A waste management plant for the waste of the city there should be electricity all day and night.
