To make Pasighat smart the city should be clean. There should be Swatch Bharat hoardings and posters throughout the city which will awaken the people.

Plastics should be avoided, and after the disposal of plastic it should be taken care properly because cow and other animals tend to eat plastic with food stocked to it.

There are three ways that Pasighat can reduce gap between rich and poor-
1.Provide cheap, reliable and quick transportation to all parts of a city, thus helping in creating more employment opportunities by connecting distant parts of the city.
2.Reduce regulatory hassles to build small (e.g 6-8 stories )buildings with a carpet area of less than 400sq. feet per flat.

Complexes should have adequate parking facility. All commercial establishments from the residential areas should be shifted to these complexes. Ring roads and main roads should be free from stray commercial establishments. All should be in a cluster at one place. The buffer place so created in main rods should be used for cycling track, foot path, boulevard etc.
