PASIGHAT shares features & can benefit like RISHIKESH in Uttrakhand;developed over centuries. Smart City development of Pasighat could be PLANNED on the same lines. It will be accessible by Road/Rail/Air in a few years. Matching features are (1) Yoga/Meditation Centres on the banks of river,(2) White Water Rafting at Siang,(3) Aero Sports (airfield exists) (4) Eco-Resort at Partung Island, (5) Wild Life at Daing Ering Wild Life Sanctuary (6) Urban transport using non-polluting Cable Car.

TO IMPROVE LIVING STANDARD
WE CAN ENACT A LAW TO REGULATE PRIVATE PROPERTY HOLDINGS OF EVERY CITIZEN. WE OFTEN INVEST OUR ENTIRE LIFETIME EARNINGS ON BUYING LAND AND CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS. IF THE GOVT PUTS CERTAIN LIMIT ON US WE WILL START SPENDING ON LIFESTYLE STUFFS LIKE CARS, HOUSEHOLD STUFFS, FASHIONS, ETC ETC. THIS WAY ONE WILL START SPENDING QUALITY LIFESTYLE. MAY SOUND AWKWARD BUT THAT IS WHAT I EXACTLY FEEL SO. SMARTNESS WILL CERTAINLY FOLLOW.

1.Integrated development plan is required; the unplanned, haphazard infrastructure development has become a sort of nuisance.
2. It is time proven that Adi Women are Strong and effective in successful implementation of all legal affairs. So their potential may be harnessed to engage them in monitoring part of development activities.
3. All the structures i/c building & bridge must be invariably built with Earthquake Resistant technology

Government Quaters for Group A,B,C officer should be constructed separately like flat system so that less space is required for the contruction. For this purpose the Govt. Quaters sparsely scattered can be dismantle for the purpose. Since Govt. Land is limited the space avaialbe ( Govt. Quaters )should be use for other development activities. There should not be further land allotment in the township area as govt. Land is limited for development activities.
