The Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) is pleased to inform you that our City has been selected through a competitive process for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). In the next phase, our city has to compete with others to make it to the top 20 to be taken up for first round of funding, for year 2015-16.

Pasighat is now required to formulate a vision, mission and a proposal in consultation with its citizens and other stakeholders. Your City needs you!! So, PMC urges the citizens of Pasighat to share their opinions and ideas to make our “Pasighat- a Credible Smart City”. Your views are valuable and can make a difference to our city!!

Your valuable suggestions can bring significant transformation to your city and improve the life of citizens.

Please share your ideas to make Pasighat – a credible Smart City.

The last date to submit your suggestions / comments is 10th December, 2015.

The supply of electricity should assured the electricity by supplying 24 hours to each and every house hold by have smart meters. So that the billing can be done be properly and leakage or unwanted usage can be checked.

1. Beautification of river Siang and its bank and its embankment. 2. Patrolling of Raneghat Bridge. 3. Strict law and order to prevent unprecedented incident especially speedy driving. 4. I swear we Pasighat people will make our daily routine under compulsion to follow the “Swatch Bharat Abhiyan” as must daily routine. 5. I want to see Pasighat smart city as one of the best city in world in over all aspects.

When the Pasig hat smart city is being implemented. Main emphasis should be given to education sector. Better education system should be introduced. Modern education facilities must be provided to schools, colleges and university for good quality education.

Hi dream and discussion for smart city Pasighat 1. Every citizen must follow the “Swatch Bharat Abhiyan” daily under compulsory law and rules. 2. All the civic facilities like All India Institute of Science and Technology (AIIMS) must be the additional compulsion for smart city which will add the perfect medical benefit for smart city Pasighat. 3. Affordable housing for labours and smart city Pasighat citizen.

1. Affordable housing for needy people especially for 3rd grade citizen and labours. 2. Control of speedy driving with police controlled room with CCTV camera. 3. Strict law and order for public security. 4. All foot path and roads must be have zebra crossing system. 5. Civic facilities like drainage and traffic should be strictly checked for proper system of daily civic. 6. “Swatch Bharat Abhiyan” should be the daily routine of the smart city Pasighat.
