Build a huge platform in the Cauvery River, connecting from Old Bridge. The platform will have lines of steel benches to sit on the edges, and well lit. Small vendors can be permitted to setup their shops in a corridor. People can go there in the evening and enjoy the breeze, and spend their time. Please no admission fees.

Tiruchy should have a controlled auto metering system. Each of the Auto should be given an Android Phone type meter built, with a GPS, provided by Corporation. They should install and connect to the engine. So, that the meter can be regulated, located, tracked and properly charged. This will help to reduce the theft, crime, and also gives a pleasant journey for passengers. If the auto owners refused to install the device, cancel their license to run the auto. The same goes to All Taxi Permit Cars

In Summer, Wind is flowing from Thogamalai Area towards Trichy City. We should build multiple small windmills, which can generate power during the summer period. We can also offer subsidies to Homes to build their own windmills, and excess power can be redirected to main grid. A meter can be installed to monitor the excess power supplied and in fact they can be paid back to the house owner. The same can be applied for Building Owners within the city for Solar Panels attached to the walls.

Since trichy is a hot city compared to other sea shore prone cities more number plant samplings can be planted to bare the heat And the buildings besides the trichy-tanjore highway can be changed to hi-tech buildings, because it is one of the most important road of our city, where BHEL is located and most people from other states and country tend to visit its potential, and look around the places it is being situated

Free Public Toilets, which will be maintained by a company, which is paid for its services by sponsoring companies. So, there is no cost for corporation as well as public. These simple toilets should be in a plastic cubicle, where water is stored on the top, and a replaceable drum in the bottom. This should be available everywhere, where people traffic is very high. And also on special occasions like temple festivals.

In Trichy city, CCTV Cameras has to be installed in every street lights with WiMax connection, hence no wires required to stream the video to the central control center. WiMax towers can be erected across the city. The facility must be funded by Corporation, whereas shall be operated by corporation and monitored by Police. All the shops must be encouraged to install atleast two cameras, one inside/one outside, which will be recorded by them. This should be made mandatory as part of the License.

In Singarathope Area, there is a empty space in the middle, where cars are parked in an unorderly manner. This area is a commercial area, but there is no proper car parking. My suggestion is to build one multi-storey steel structured Car Park, which can be dismantled in future (as this land is belong to Church). The carpark can issue magnetic car coupon, which has to be paid before collecting the car. hence, the car parking problem can be resolved.
