Digital Infrastructure can be improved to include people's participation in governance and feedback. To start with, land and building registration records need to be published online using database infrastructure. Then combine certain criteria with every household like is it solar enabled or not and make this info public. Complaints system can be improved using regular polling. Choose any 10 points and hold regular polls (monthly ward-wise) to get a feedback.
