The biggest hurdle for penetration of cashless transactions into rural villages is lack of continued internet & smart phones. My suggestion is to enable banks transactions through IVR based verification & transfer money on the citizen's bank's toll free number. If banks can render services on IVR for new cheque book, card blocking services, etc, for its customer from a registered & linked mobnumber, y not extend to payment transfers also. This would not require either internet or a smart phone.

The one problem of government is their lack of organising and identifying fraud with existing data. Getting people Geo tagged with their Aadhaar card or pan card instead of a billing address would create many data points the government can use like knowing whom to provide flood relief funds, etc, The other thing which can be done is getting the billing address geotagged and matching it with their Aadhaar numbers and pan. A simple data sharing agreement with an ATM pos vendor can be a start!

I hope there would be some thought on further securing all ATM transactions by introducing the last leg of OTP based authentication to avoid theft/fraud that is increasingly happening these days!

Sir,many people of India can't cast their votes like me because of their remaining out of station due to their posting elsewhere. This is applicable for people in uniform too (Army, Airforce, Navy, and paramilitary forces). So, I would suggest digitisation in polling too from 2019.This should be implemented in next Assembly elections in Bengal. One's Voter ID Card can be linked with one's mobile number or his e-mail ID,an OTP can be sent to the voter to enable one find the ballot page and cast vote

Dear Sir,Please punish strictly the people who will be caught with loads of new currency notes and who assists them in getting such wealth whether they may be MP/MLA or businessman/bank employee, IT etc..Then only people will believe you that you are working for the welfare of common people through this mission but not for securing black money holders as being propagated by our TV channels. Please let them clearly know that "Dharmo Hanthi Hataha". Please utilize this money for soldiers/farmers.

Dear Sir,Please take strict action on all telugu media TV channels esp TV9 for propagating false news against gold reserves for families. They are making people panic with their worst analysis and not letting people know the truth. And regarding Demonitisaton as well so much of false propaganda has been happening. No other news is being telecasted except false allegations on Demonitisaton from past 3 weeks. No idea what our I&B VenkayyaNaidu Sir is doing in this regard. This is not at all good.
