Our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, envisages a Digital India to bridge the digital divide in our country and further promote digital literacy in order to make development a comprehensive mass movement and put governance within everyone’s reach in India.

In order to work towards our PM’s vision, Ministry of HRD, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) propose the Smart India Hackathon 2017, a unique initiative to identify new and disruptive digital technology innovations for solving the challenges faced by our country. This initiative aim to institutionalize a model for harnessing the creativity and technical expertise of 3.0 + million students for direct benefit of our nation. Mr. Prakash Javadekar, Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of HRD is the Chief Patron of this unique initiative, while Dr. Anil Sahasrabudhe, Chairman, AICTE & Dr. Anand Deshpande, Chairman, Founder & MD, Persistent Systems are the Chairman and Co-chairman of the organizing committee of this initiative respectively. NIC, MyGov, NASSCOM, UGC and Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini are co-organizers in this initiative. Besides this, several union ministries have agreed to be partners in this initiative.

Smart India Hackathon 2017 will be a computer programming competition which will involve all Engineering colleges with a reach to approximately 30 Lakh students from across India. We plan to challenge the students to think out-of-the-box and offer innovative ideas to build smart applications which will help address major real time problems in our country.

This Open Forum has been started so that participants can share their queries, issues and clarifications about the problem statements with Nodal Officers of respective Ministries and Departments.

We must create system that symbol can use or issue only authorize person or candidate, who authorized by Indian Govt., as a Indentified proof. Thus, we can stop next wrong attack by Terrorist and save life of our SOLDIER, because no unauthorized person or terrorist misuse their uniform

Re. About Uniform of securities forces Since longtime, we are observing and we noted that, terrorist attacked to wear with uniform of police or Army at Army base camp or Prison or Public places , in India or other countries . So we should learn from this issue and following changes about uniform policy. We must make unique electrical symbol on uniform for securities forces by getting latest technology like a GPS system or Adhar Card, if any

Every members has the right to represent the public in the Sabhas but there should be a way to represent the public those who selected. At present no scale to the members to represent the public. whether the sabhas are place of War? so no system to the member to obey the country rule in the sabha for which they were selected.Please please concentrate next on code of conduct of members as a country wide.Also fix penalty provision to those who were not adhered the code of conduct includes removal

Namaskaram. This is a humble request to fix a code of conduct and ethical standards for the members of the country public administration from Local Panchayat ward members to Member of Parliament. The persons who should follow the standards and fix salary and allowances based on the performances of the particular members. For ex. a parliament member 1. how many meetings appeared, how many days absents, how expressed their view in the parliament,how protest in the sabhas awkward. Fix scale for all

Hello. This is regarding case less economy n black money. As you Move was brilliant of banning notes but now there are many mainly in Real estate rent that people asking for cash in home rent all over country instead of me thanking, check. Only way I can find is to issue a case less economy in India and banning all paper currency. Use of cards n wallets should be the future. Plz do this before 2019 election or ASAP. Thank you Modiji. Sir the idea of digital INDIA is great. Cashless economy will eliminate black money. However special literacy drives should be undertaken by GOI to enlighten people and make them tech savvy. Regarding demonetisation hats off to you sir for the bold step.But to reduce temporary inconvenience of people during the next weeks 500 new notes should be made available in large numbers. Most people are complaining about dearth of new 500 notes. And sir no rollback as people are with you. Regards

Dear Sir, with regard to demonetisation , RBI has to take up with all banks regarding utility of the higher denomination currency of R's. 2000 and new R's. 500/-. That is RBI is funding banks through treasury department. From treasury to internal bank circulation. This accounting to be monitored by RBI. Whether there has been unaccounted exchange without flow of old currency in banking system. Please sir address this also for effective catching of willful defaulters. Thanks

Sir,Year 1917 was Declared as Year of Endurance internationally. Shri Mahatma Gandhi ji started satyagraha movement in 1917. As we are also celebrating Deen Dayal centenary year but Year 2017 may be declared as "Year of Endurance" and as a special gesture govt may encourage non violence attitude in ever sphere of life like on road etc. Swachh behaviour. 100 years of Satyagraha may also be considered to be celebrated.

Sir, India is changing I request you to introduce new way of election voting by given some unique number, by which we can vote from our mobile cell phone with that id by linking aadhar card no etc. As on manual election government waste it huge amount of revenue. By digital mode of voting government can save its revenue and same revenue can be used for development work in the country. Please think of digital ways of election.
