We Need to bring three layer of banking system: RBI->Bank->Dept/Bank/company because we need to give more importance to security if we want cashless economy. The IVR Platform for every transaction would solve this issue. i have also posted complete information how we have to go on doing this in my previous Post.

Dear Respected PM sir, In the present so many chit funds are run without permissions of government and this chits run along with chit managers/owners. They are earn more money from chit members and they will be no shown in income tax. Because they are have more black money. So need chit funds regulation bill implementation. And implement chits transactions with chucks/debit/credit cards Then we will avoid more black money from them.

Respected Hon’ble PM, Modiji, I was really impressed upon hearing your ‘Mann ki Baat’ on 27.11.2016. Especially the vision of Cashless transactions in the daily walk of life. Sir, my view in this regard is, the population in villages are used to communication through mobile, and not literate to use internet for cash less transactions. As such, it would be easier to transact without internet, i.e., through network provider, just by transferring the money through the users mobile numbers. TY.

So many chit holders are not filing tax returns, but they are paying lakhs of rupees to chit companies for yearly. Chit companies also not asking tax filing returns to chit holders. Chit holders, what they paid to chit companies which is black money, What they get from chit companies though neft or cheque to his bank account, that is converted as white money.
