Respected Sir, I am requesting you, please send more currencies(500s,100s and 50s) to the rural area with full security and with full control in currency conversions, otherwise it will be misused. Even 500s, 100s, 50s etc required in urban areas also, but in the urban(metro/city) area number of card users are more, so it may be less impact.

DIGITAL UPI ON EVERY MOBILE My suggestions 1.COMPEL Mobile talk-time recharge to subsriber should happen only through UPI. 2.Similarly recharge transaction from Mobile service provider to Distributor and then to retailer also must be done through UPI. 3.With this every Mobile retailer will activate UPI on each Customers' mobile, he becomes the Digital Soldier of Bharath. 4.He will educate the Customer on its usage and will be a Customer Care de facto. 5.Mobile recharges already Digital.

Respected Sir, we can pay higher rate of interest to those who want to keep the money as deposits for one year or more in the banks. So there won't be a rush to withdraw the money from the banks now. Also incentives can be announced for transactions through digital mode instead of cash mode. Tax exemption can be increased to 10,00,000/- . So that lower middle class is not affected by the strict law enforcement. Or VDS scheme can be announced now, to encourage people to disclose their unaccounted

Sir, I am an ex syndicate bank Agricultural (Rural Development) officer and Senior IT Manager. We tried KISAN CREDIT CARD for agriculturists 25 years back but did not go well because of poor computerized environment. This is the ripe time to implement that to make villages cashless or with least cash.. I with the above background and having worked in multinationals later in IT is very eager to see this comes up. Can Shri Modiji see my post and I am ready to devote my ideas to our Nation.

also I think 3. no cash transaction should be allowed if the amount is beyond INR 20,000-30,000. 4. No private school can revise their fees beyond 1-2% per year. Now this very important as the private schools have become money making machines and we have to rely ion them as Govt. schools don't have the infrastructure and full of teachers from reserved quota who lack proper knowledge.

Sir I have few suggestions and all are monetary 1. we need to deduct 5% from the total amount of money submitted after 8.11.2016 if the total amount is beyond 1 lakh and 10% if the amount is beyond 2 lakh. Because we have banks to keep people's money saved and unlike many countries we give interest on Savings A/C too, then why would people save money at home? 2. From tax year 2017-18 we should reduce the interest rate on savings A/C and increase the same for fixed deposits.
