1)One thing what I feel is...can we successfully plan for building up of Fly-Over at required or traffic oriented inorder to differentiate heavy traffics from school and college going crowd..!
2) Development of roads in Old Solapur i.e. areas like Chatti_Galli, Tilakchowk And Also new area to be converted in Cement Roads That will have large Impact on Decreasing of Road Accidents..

My suggestions:-
1. City landscape need to change with more trees plant along the roads, grass carpets to be placed along the areas
2. plantation of trees should be given to a private firm along with landscape development
3. governance on these private firms and SLA and deadlines and reports to be submitted on time and fines and penalties to be applied
4. ROAD ways and connextivity to other major cities
5. Footpaths to be built all along the roads
6.Traffic signals on each roads.

A Smart City what I imagine should be a liveable and a lovable city. It should provide adequate housing for citizens, Mobility Convenience with Pedestrian Friendly Streets, Must have space for Social Gathering/Entertainment and should also provide Job Opportunities. It must provide basic infrastructure such as Water Supply, Sanitation (Sewer Lines, Drains and Solid Waste Management) and Power. Further it should also be sensitive towards the environment while endeavouring the above objectives.

We need better bus-stand at outside of the city
We need good drainage system mainly in rainy season
We need street lights
The roads are to be extended at the interior city
We need good domestic waste water treatment plant in our city and that treated water are to be used for plants in parks and plants in highways etc.....

Bring a law to plant trees in every building. The total number of trees should depend up on the total constructed area of that building.
