वर्तमान स्वरूप में जीएसटी रिटर्न 3 माह में जमा करने का प्रावधान होना चाहिए,पंजीकृत व्यापारी का 20 लाख का जीवन बीमा सरकार करे, ईवे बिल की सीमा 1 लाख होनी चाहिए,पेट्रोल डीज़ल जीएसटी में लाए जाएं।सेनेटरी नैपकिन्स ,हज यात्रा,रोजगार आवेदन फॉर्म जीएसटी मुक्त होने चाहिए।जीएसटी पे 28 की जगह 18 प्रतिशत की सीमा तय हो।रिफंड में देरी होने पर सरकार भी व्यापारी को उस ही दर से बयाज दे जिस दर से व्यापारी से बयाज लेती है।रिटर्न प्रक्रिया इतनी सरल बनाई जाए

Mutual fund distributor only help investor complete financial/non financial transactions in MF schemes on behalf of AMC, just like employee of AMC. Instead of salary s/he is paid commissions out of expenses charged to scheme by AMC. AMC pays GST on the expense charged by them to investor. It automatically includes GST paid on commission to MFD. Hence charging GST additionally to MFD on commission amounts to double taxation. Therefore commission paid to MFD should be exempt fr

GST is imposed on the users not on the service providers, we are providing services, those who are getting service are not paying , but mutual fund distributors are being charged highest GST,this is not justifiable, kindly look in to it antake necessary action and exempt mutual fund distributors from GST

The number of registered persons is much more then the CA and CMA available. In the rural area where GST audit is to be done only by CA would create panic for them. Government should allow the Tax Advocate and GST practitioner to be there for GST audit. It should be open for the Registered person to select whether audit is to be done by CA, advocate or GST Practitioner. After all the GST is audit is more of certification.

sabse pahle jo hamlogo ka dainik kriyakalap hai jaise bathing Karna isme bahut log pani barbad karte hai usme kam karke or iske sath sath trees and flowers ko adhik se adhik number me rop kar paani ko kuch had tak bachaya ja sakta h and mitti ki kattai ko rokkar bhi pani bachaya ja sakta h
