TCS on e commerce operators should be scrapped.I am not employed in any e commerce company not i do any business with any e commerce company. My voice for e commerce operators should not be taken as lobbying attempt in favor of e commerce operator.I am raising voice as an Impartial Indian Citizen who see TCS provision for e commerce operator unjustified & obstructive and against principle of ease of doing business in India.Surely i am an Indian consumer of world class e commerce products in India

Dear Respective Law Makers,
It is advisable from my side that there must exemption on maintaining job workers records and submission of returns in form ITC-04 for the manufacturing industries up to turnover of Rs. 10 crores. Further, most of the job workers are not that much educated that they can maintain delivery challans, Bills, maintaining GST returns, etc and even they don't have that much income that they can afford an GST consultant. So,THINK on 20 lac threshold of turnover.

Sir,There is 18% GST for e-books, while there is 0% GST for printed books this is completely discriminatory, printed books damage the environment as they need paper and power, while e-books dont need any thing and are environment friendly as it need not be printed to be read. Please remove GST for e-books and online classes immediately. E-books facilitate new authors publishers, innovation and spread of knowledge.Withdraw GST for e-books immediately to facilitate easy spread of knowledge

The periodic return are still a nightmare to many of us. The invoice matching is still a dream. Better if you can allow 'Invoice By Invoice Upload & Matching' instead of that lengthy monthly / consolidated returns. You can then have the summary returns for balancing / confirmation purpose.

Revision option for amending the GST Returns should be made available atleast once....
In case of debit note/credit note invoice wise details should not be there or previous reference should be removed as many companies are not uploading Debit Note/Credit Note....

TCS slapped for e commerce players is the only provision in GST which is unjustified and discriminative. I have been studying GST provisions and Income Tax provisions since last 18 months and i am very much inspired by simplicity of GST.I am a small businessman and i file all my GST returns myself without any help from any accountant.I have deeply studied day and night GST laws and have found TCS on e commerce operators unnatural and unjustified.

TCS on e commerce operators is an income tax provision surprisingly introduced in GST.While Indian Income tax laws are most complex in whole world with so many exceptions and complexities. On other hand GST is simple and much more effective in tax collections.Kindly make the life of e commerce operators simple. It is expected from natural justice point of view that TCS should be scrapped for e commerce operators so that every group of Industry in India welcomes GST.

TCS on e commerce operators is against the Idea of Ease of doing business in India. While GST has made taxation more effective , efficient and transparent.GST tax laws are simple except the surprising element of TCS slapped on e commerce operators. While the whole Industry is welcoming GST except the E commerce operators. It is against principle of natural justice that GST should be easy for everyone except E commerce players.
