Sir, Registered dealers may be asked to file GSTR 1 on daily basis and upto 15th of next months. By 20th of next month they may be asked to pay their tax due either by accepting invoice wise list appear on GSTR 2A or they may be asked to pay 50% of the amount they collected towards GST which ever is less. The GSTR 2A may split into accepted entries and entries pending for acceptance. These may be reconciled by auditors while filing ITRs. This idea may be developed further.

In respect to GST, Hon.PM and Team Govt. has made great effort to implement GST, the intention of hon. PM is to simplify the taxation system, further, upto march,18, the system was going smoothly, assessee and people are just trying to accept the system of GST, but, the GST authority and some official have created problems by giving GSTR-1 filling time only 10 days instead of 30 days earlier,it is not possible to file GSTR-1 by most of the assessee within 10th honestly, pl.extend time, best wishes

Dear GST law Makers please simplify the GST Returns. We are the tax consultant and belongs to a rural and backward area. People doesnt understand about the monthly 3B returns and it has been comes to the results of late fees. the rules for small dealer should be liberal and please provide relief for earlier late fees. For the small dealer who are below rs. 20lakhs, the single return should be filled. For composition dealer the date of filling of return should be 1 month from the due date.

Under GST Act, claiming ITC burden lies on the recipient is 100 (hundred) per cent correct. This burden is against only in the case of colluded Sellers and Buyers, those having habitual Evasion of Taxes, did even in the VAT regime. So to safe guard the Government Revenue, Law must be amended even more Stronger than the at present
