Dear Sir, my request are :
1. There should only one return in a month or quarter.
2. Late fee paid till Mar 2018 should be reversed.
3. GST Annual Returns / audits may increase burden to taxpayers. Advised to put random audit by GST Dept.(if required).
4. Reverse charge mechanism should be abolished. If it is required, put only one tax rate on all URD Purchases.

Dear Sir
IF anybody ask RTI about how much collection of tax & other receipt you will find that penalty will be more than the tax after all act for the people,on the whole GST system Taxpayer will find that Govt Just Grab the Money by way of Late Fees
Please Think on Late Fees issue and I am sure small business kill by GST by way of Late fees Only

WRT rationale of #GSTAmendment #AmendmentSrNo8 and #AmendmentSrNo42; request the GST council to review “Intermediary Services (covering Intermediary of Goods)”. For an Intermediary of Goods, the location of the Service provided should be determined by “the location of the underlying goods being supplied to” and NOT “by the location of Service Provider”.

Dear Sir,
Present GST Compliance is very complicated it seems like punishment to business.
In my views following amendment should be made
1. Please allow to Make Changes for GSTR-3B Revise Return, its a need, because by mistakly if we are submitting wrong information means we cant change it.
2. GST Portal is very slow running after 15th of every month please make arrangement for this.
3. Please waive the Late filing fee of GSTRB from July 2017 to Till date.

If Maximum Penalty for Late return is Fix upto 5000/- Then next month return also not able to file if The Penalty is Fix then Next months return temp let will be available for filling so that penalty burden on taxpayer is less hope so Mr PM Will understand this issue otherwise no use of GST or ONE nation One Tax yet small taxpayer will not aware of such penalty amount

#AmendmentSrNo1
I suggest that there must be an option to amend GSTR-3B on GSTN Because there are possibilities of People making a mistake while preparing that statement.
#AmendmentSrNo2
Further, regarding an amendment to Invoice in GSTR-1, GST Identification Number may be filled incorrectly by the Taxpayer while filing the return. So that field should also be made available for amendment.
