Sir, problem is arising with all MRP based products where MRP are inclusive of GST.For eg in medicines and other consumer goods same MRP is charged by all shopkeepers.Registered persons are selling these products at MRP and are paying GST by deducting the GST amount from MRP. Further, Unregistered and Composition Dealers are also selling these products at MRP but no taxes are paid by Unregistered Dealers and 1% tax is paid by Composition Dealers. In short profit% is less for registered persons.

1. in our country with a massive population, GST must have divisions such as manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer. This would not break the chain of suppliers and would give business to everyone as we must mot forget everyone cannot be a manufacturer.
2. Online trading platforms are playing a havoc to every individual with small to big investments. Sir, they must be stopped immediately. These are also eating away sales of millions of people with small and big establishments.
Thank you

Have following suggestions:
1. GST Help Line response is inadequate. Recently when I wrote for a clarification on Intra-State query, I was advised to go visit commissioner's office.
2. Refund system is inappropriate. Most of the consultants have still been unable to file applications for one reason or the other. Please simplify this.
3.Refund authorities should have a mechanism where they are able to satisfy their requirements by the mention of Shipping Bill No. by assessee

We are an 100% EOU and paying GST at the time of procurement of goods. But, in GST Circular No.14/14/2017-GST dt: 06.11.2017 where in the supplier can issue the goods against Form-A but in-turn he has to pay the GST up-front and to claim the refund from the dept. by considering it as deemed export.
In this case, the obligation with supplier is a burden to shell out the cash up-front and go for refund. Why can't the old procedure of CT3 can be followed in GST also, Request to bring these changes

Training is a part of continuous skill building. Therefore, the rationality for levying GST on this may be re-looked in the interest of developing skilled manpower, which will ultimately help the industry and the country's economy.

there has to be a mechanism which should facilitate outwards supplies of GSTR-1 should get be equal to Consolidated Outward Supplies entered in GSTR-3B for the particular period. Otherwise it will lead to defaults in tax returns.
