Dear GST Team, I would like to congratulate and wish you best luck for Completion of 1 Year of India's Step towards Groth (GST). 1)Please Make a transparent and easy system for GST Refund of Exporter. 2) Remove system for manual system submission of documents and application, Which leads to corruption. 3) Make a Separate system of GST Refund, which links with Export and Foreign Payment Receipts. 4) Link Between GST Return and Income Tax Return.

I AM A PRACTISING TAX CONSULTANT. WHILE FILING GSTR 3B AND GSTR 1 WE HAVE FACED SO MANY TECHNICAL ISSUES. ITS TOO MORE TIME TO UPLOAD AND PROCESS THE RETURN FOR MORE CLIENTS. I REQUEST THE GOVERNMENT TO WAIVE THE LATE FEES UP TO MARCH 2018. SO MANY NIL RETURN AND BELOW THE THRESHOLD LIMIT 20 LAKHS DEALERS HAVE PAID THE LATE FEES. AND IN OLD VAT ACT THE MAXIMUM LATE FEE IS RS.2000/- PER MONTH ONLY IN TAMILNADU ACT.

1. #AmendmentSrNo10, Sec 9(4) should be limited to composition dealers only. 2. #GSTAmendment i) Sec 9(3), compulsory RCM provisions regarding freight requiresclarification, as in exemption limit of 750/1500 is given, which is very ambiguous. ii) Download facility of month wise GSTR-2A in PDF should be there just like form 26AS(income tax act) iii) Latefees provisions should be revert back for year 2017-18. iv) Interest auto calculation on Tax Payable amount. Regards CA Shreyash Agrawal

and you give us 10 days time for gstr1 and in that 10 days, you do your recovery drill which puts us in the stake. actually, you give us 10 days but you take 1-2 days for recovery drill which leaves us with just 8 days and its nearly impossible for a big businessman to upload detail in those 8 days and if someone fails then you start charging penalties. thats really unfair.
