first of all congratulations on completing one year of gst. but govt also acknow;ledge that there are lot more development to come in gst 1) Remove the 3-month password changing cycle. its really irritating. how many password will a person remember. make it optional, not mandatory 2) a person has lot of work to do in his life. beside business, a person has its own life and after gst there is no personal life.after closing the shop the person gets into totaling the bills. It's really arduous.

Please stop the RCM in GST. This restricts the growth of unregistered dealers and creates complication in GST implementation. It is better to advise all the dealers to take GST Registration or make it mandatory for all dealers, who have door numbers. Allow, dealers who have a Turn Over below the threshold limit, to file annual return, instead of monthly/quarterly Returns. Insist invoices in case of all dealers and impose more and more penalty for issuing quotation/ estimate instead of invoices.

Late Fee for non Filing of Return is Toooooooooooo high and make it on the basis of turnover ,like samll penalty for small dealer and big penalty for big dealer and cancell the penalty for frist year of the GST impliment as we are in democratic country not in china
