Honorable PM and FM , please consider our suggestion are as such : 2. Many GST composition dealer applied on portal as Composition dealer during transisition period , but due to technical glitches they were registered as regular dealer. Than on perusal to state authorities and submitted affidavit they were corrected as composition dealer. But now on filling GSTR-4 return they are asked to pay late fee and interest, they have also deposited tax on time. PLease allow waiver to such latefee & Int.
