sir i think gst fees for non filling of GSTR-3B is more. so i request you to please reduce the GST fees or Waive the GSTR-3B Fees. Many businessman has not file their return up to date but now they want to file there are show gst fees at the time of filling their return

1. Reverse charge machnism sec.9(4) to be removed.
3. single monthly return for all the Taxable Person.
4. GST Return(GSTR-1, GSTR3B) due date to be 20th of succeeding month.
5. Please provide option for revise all returns.
6. GST system should be provide the GST returns (GSTR-1,GSTR-2) auto reconciliation for
GSTR-3 for 2017-18
7. Please provide date for filing GSTR-2 AND GSTR-3 because i want reconsile DATA GSTR3B tax
from GSTR-3 For 2017-18.

Dear Government
The following changes required to make GST
1.Each and every registered dealer shall upload all purchases and sales invoice wise details to GST portal.
2.Let the software be designed to identify unmatched invoices with the other party on quarterly, give 60 days time to the dealer to get the reconciliation done.
3.There are many cases where only purchase returns will be there give provision to give figures to that effect
4.Allow to revise the GST returns for some period

may be provided UPLOADING FACILITY both the details of sales as well as Purchase invoices by seller itself
1) GSTR1 to be upload on 10 th of next month as it is
2) GSTR2 to be upload on 15th of next month
3) GSTR3(b) payment to be made 20 th of the next month
GSTN portal should mathcing based on GSTIN no wise with purchase invoices (uploaded by purchaser) & sales invoices (uploadeded by seller) if any deviation automatically liability to be added in portal for next month payment.
