# Sl.26 Section 39/9 Filing of revised returns/correction facilities be offered to all the columns/sub-columns/forms/subforms in the GST website. This will help the individual tax payers to correctly fill in the details. Facilities for corrections and filing revised returns will be of great relief to all those who have committed mistakes innocently.

Dear Sir,
All revision of returns should be provided. Late Fees should be waived for returns. While claiming the Refund of SEZ, why documents like GSTR1,challan,GST3B has to be submitted which is available online on the portal. This creates more paper work. Also while putting the Interest amount for CGSt or SGST, it automatically takes interest amount in both the columns, then if we dont have liability either of the one then why we should pay interest for both CG & SG SGST also when there is

Dear Sir
The attached file contains 10 major suggestions in the sections proposed to be amended. These are very important changes required for better operational clarity and would also help in increasing FDI in India. Hope for a positive response from your side.
Best Regards

#AmendmentSrNo25 It is mandatory to clarify in GST provisions that whether the taxable person needs to get its books of accounts audited each state-branch wise (Even if Branch turnover of a state would be NIL) or on central level wise (Jurisdictional challange would be there).
This would be very litigative prone area to the taxpayer as well as government to clarify this issue.
