Dear sir Please give us the facility of revise the first three months GSTR 3B (july, august, september) of the last year 2017-2018, because at that time we did not have enough information so that we can fix it now. Because we are a very small dealer, we do not keep anyone to fill these return. And please do something that your customer care service also give us information about filing return, which can not be found now. only technical information is available from there. Thanks & Regards

Dear sir , Please reduce late fees or do for a specific period like 100 rs for 15 days . Its very unfair for tax payer that they cant revise return , if their is any mistake on tax liability then tax payer had to pay 18% interest . Please revised late fees and interest calculation .

Dear Sir, Two suggestions for the GST TAX SLAB 1, To stop input tax credit IN 3% GST slabs as mostly products of 3% tax slab are manufactured by 28%s raw material or imported products it gives courage to few persons to misuse the GST tax gap 2,in Real estate keep GST tax rates of 5% instead of 12 % on first sales and stop giving input tax credit to builders as Due to input tax credit builders are getting all tax benefits before which they are calculating in cost at the time of service taxes

#AmendmentSrNo11 The power to increase the composition limit should be set upto 200 lakhs. This would be in line to classify small taxpayers with the Income tax Audit limit and GST audit limit of 200 lakhs. This would gain confidence level of small taxpayers towards more compliant. The limit may not be revised instantly, it can be revised lateron after recomendation of council and notification by government. #simpletax #smalltaxpayerbenifit

Late fees should be on periodical basis and only for GST not individually for CGST & SGST. e.g. 100 for first 15 days then 200 for more than 15 days to 30 days thereafter 25 per days. Only Single Cash Ledger instead of different cash ledgers. Also allow to file revised return. Summary must be generated immediately upon uploadation of return and download file immediately when click to download button like other websites.

AN OPTION TO FILE REVISED RETURNS MAY PLEASE BE PROVIDED.ASSESSEES WHO PURCHASE MATERIAL WITH HIGHER RATE OF GST ARE ELIGIBLE TO CLAIM REFUND AGAINST THE OUT PUT TAX OF LOWER GST RATE.e.g. HDPE BAGS USED FOR PACKING FERTILISERS PAY GST ON @18% ON PACKING MATERIAL AND WHEN THEY SELL FERTILISERS COLLECT 5% ON FERTILISER. THE DIFFERENCE OF 13% IS ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. TO SIMPFY THE PROCESS THE GST ON HDPE BAGS USED FOR PACKING FERTILISERS MAY BE REDUCED TO 5% TO AVOID REFUND PROCESS.

3. An option to file revised returns. 4. Provide the tax return preparers/CA's/accountants with a fixed percentage(say 5%) of tax deposited as an incentive income. You'll see a massive change in collection of taxes as they will have a big reason to not resort to "innovative ways" to reduce tax liability.

Overall charging penalty for filing late NIL Returns under GSTR3B, It's giving a impression that we are charged for participating in a unrequited process, I have obtained the GST No only for the sake since it is demanded by the Customers from their vendors, though my income & turnover does not required GST No, but I have been unnecessary charged by the penalty for filing late NIL Returns though the technical problem was due the GST Portal
