It can be done by making the courses common and availability to all in one place ie..in internet. even the standard should be in common, my opinion is that the government need to concentrate more in rural areas and for this they can achieve the task with the corporate and individual companies/industries. the industry which is nearer to the village can adopt and implement. i really appreciate other opinions and views. jai hind

The Article 38(2) of the Constitution, "The state shall in particular, strive to minimize the inequalities in income & endeavor to eliminate in equalities in status, facilities & opportunities etc. Secondly Article 46 states" Promotion of educational & economic interest of SC, ST & other weaker section etc. all of the wordings are applicable to minorities hence scholarships for minorities should be at par with the scholarships for SC as those scholarships are enforced on Article 38(2) & 46.

Students should be allowed to choose the subjects. For those who are not going to pursue science as a career, it is a waste to spend time understanding Archimedes principle or structure of mitochondria. If they fail in some subjects it is very discouraging and they tend to drop out. Instead there should be choice of subjects like agriculture, animal husbandry, tailoring, etc.

Tourism should be consider as a major subject/combination at least from vocational level. There is no such course or combination available for higher secondary students or college students except in few universities. Hence there is a lack of tourism professionals in Indian tourism industry this subject should be taken as a new knowledge system as soon as possible with foreign language option.

During the education. more practical aspects and field works should be included. Compare to writing assignments and doing homeworks, these field works and research projects has more importance throughout career and are more helpful in attaining knowledge. Seminars and conferences should become a part of the syllabus. Students should be able to do presentation on their topic even during their studies. Seminars and group presentation help in that.
