The industry spread across India is diverse, therefore the vocational skills will have to follow suit. I don't see it happening without active contribution from the industry leaders.

Sir, we can't have all our children being scientists, doctor or Noble aspirants. For every such person there are several who run shops, teach, manage offices & businesses, work in the financial sector and in most importantly work in agriculture. If agriculture is not our back bone, industry will collapse. Hence, vocational training including in horticulture, export marketing, regulated Indian medicine preparation, block printing fabric, embroidery etc., should be taught at senior school level.

Whatever we do, there is a chance that people of India might vote back the congress or similar govts at least 15 years later which might roll back the development, hence , I feel , it should be mandatory for every one seeking above graduate education to educate people on democracy, importance of voting true patriots, inculcation a sense of unity , patriotism and humanity among all and submit a project to someone on what they did , for approval. The person should be one with honesty.

India's Education policy should aim at 'Enjoy teaching and Enjoy learning" at school and college level .Academic and Vocational education should be apportioned on 50 : 50 each on duration and content. Education should be more oriented towards environmental protection, value system for co existence of human and non human, personality development, awareness on basic civics and laws of the land ,physical and moral education etc.. A partial Gurukul system of education is the need of the hour.V.Mohan

National syllabus for Vocational education should be made. Again examinations should be conducted in national level. Grading system should be removed. There should be competition for development!

industries must be tied up with schools for education in other areas like manufacturing , new forms of training can be given depending on needs of economy for constant skill upgradation so people dont need to be worried about losing jobs, the comfort that they can access new skills must give them comfort.
