Farmers rail to farmers only in 1/4 concession and connects to all religiocultural sites should be promoted.Farmer's cooperative society or farmers Bank should be activated ATM facilities should be ie ATM only to farmers or farmers ATM. Government should take care of farmers account and bonds , would be a significant empowerment.

Railways, is the most Important Sector in Growing India. A Developing Nation Backbone as it Caters to Goods and Passengers. My Suggestion is Better Connectivity and Privatisation of Rural Station to the Local Industries over there and give them Rights to Advertise their Product in the Station and in Return ask them to maintain and Clean the Station and Railways

A draft of long term strategic plan called the National Rail Plan has been developed to plan infrastructural capacity enhancement along with strategies to increase modal share of the Railways. People who are not able to afford high prices of transport such as bus so, they can't walk and travel long distance. This is how people give many suggestions but when the government does not take action people go on strikes. So, the government should take work on this draft national rail plan. Jai Hind.

railway is national property , main draft must have pledge it cannot be nationalize nor sold to any individual or company irrespective of any govt in power, IT MUST REMAIN UNDER PUBLIC UTILITY SERVICE, BUT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AT FULLY POTENTIAL PRIVATE PARTICIPATION IS NECESSARY ,

Above and at the level of railway track every thing is good.
What is problematic is below the track.
When passenger train passes through cities liquid waste from bathroom n wash basin fall on pedestrians n two wheeler riders.
I m particularly talking about Allahabad (prayagraj) and section is between stations Allahabad city(Rambagh) n Daraganj.
Over bridge is in Sohbatiyabag area near Geeta Niketan temple on Varanasi route.
This should be solve as soon as possible.
