In an endeavour to address the inadequacies of capacity constraints and improve its modal share in total freight eco system of the country, Indian Railways has come up with Draft National Rail Plan.

A draft of long term strategic plan called the National Rail Plan has been developed to plan infrastructural capacity enhancement along with strategies to increase modal share of the Railways. The National Rail Plan will be a common platform for all future infrastructural, business and financial planning of the Railways. This plan is being circulated among various Ministries for their views now. Railways aim to finalise the Final plan by January 2021.

I think every single Unit of Government should be under Govt control. I think Govt should hold control on all these and should make efforts n innovations to improve their impact

8. These are some points or concern I can think of 9. Benefits wise it help for travel, movement of goods etc. This also can optimize by localizing more. 10. The improvement should not lead to complexity in living ( any improvement )and similarly robust system is good.

5. We have to define improvement, for better living. It is not only scientific , engg types. We have to consider health, eco systems , maintenance etc. When we focus and improve money wise other factors we are missing I think. For ex, if railway department improving railways increasing railways, it is leading side effects also more. 6. So need to minimize or optimize. These datas can be validated. 7. One more point is, other countries heavy engines are more .? Not sure

4. At one point saturation need to be there, as side effects are there scientific or engg or modern systems. Needed maintenance, reducing wastage , finding greenery ways etc will help eco friendlyness etc.

2. I mean for example , train, bus, flight etc air pollution common etc, 3. Another point as Railways concerned, I have concerns on vibration effects on earth. Is it causing some earth quake etc? I am not sure . I have concern. But I can say anything excess improvement leads to problematic. So the need or requirement can be optimized way and trying to be localize more and all the three transportation department may be can do optimization etc. Avoiding wastage etc.

सभी प्रकार के परिवहन के साधन को एक ही मंत्रालय मे विलय यथा बस सर्विस टैक्सी जल परिवहन ट्रेन ,करके उनका संचालन किया जाए। एक ही ऑनलाइन ticketing प्रणाली से first come first gain of seat ki व्यवस्था हो। सीट मे आरक्षण दिव्यंगो वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए हो। बजट की व्यवस्था उन्हीं संसाधनों से हो। अलग से बजट प्रस्तुत किया जाए । अनुदान दिया जा सकता है। अच्छी व्यवसथा के साथ विशेष ट्रेनों को चलाना चाहिए। उपरोक्त व अन्य सुझावों के विस्तृत लिए मुझे संपर्क किया जा सकता है।

As per experience and education following knowledge sharing 1. Basically transportation as a whole we have to freeze the purpose. For ex goods movement, people movement etc. We have land ways( bus, train, lorry etc), water ways ( ship , boat etc), airways( flight, helicopter) . So as far as railways concerned we are using many ways. But I have basic concern, we are seeing improvement of one system ie railways but all the three ways we have side effects.
