There should be a council/committee to control misleading advertisements.
But its obvious they can't keep an eye on every advertisement on every media.
It should work in this manner:
- provide contact detail (phone number, email id & website) of the committee.
- people should be made aware(specially school/college going youths)
- general public can report an advertise that he/she believes is misleading.
- the committee will overview the reported ad and take needful actions.

Each advertisement in TV, newspaper or hoarding should carry certificate from an approved agency like the films. Let each ad be approved by Advertising Council of India. If an un-authorized advertisement is published, strict action should be taken against the company and advertising agency.

There should be a proper committee made that apply some rules for the advertisement to become public. All the advertisement either on Internet, or live hoarding or on television should be approved by the committee to become live on the specific location. There should also be a toll free number and online website for the local consumers to register their complaint directly to that committee. There should some specific location finalised by the committee to use for advertising.

A special cell for monitoring and identifying such advertisements can be established and where ever such ads are displayed, just below that or above that a sticker with a caption "This is a misleading ad - By Government / Police" can be stuck. The miscreants should also be identified and punished.

In our railway tickets we dont have the platform number printed.
I asked the collector of bangalore railway station (SBC) i bought the ticket from which platform i should go to and he said pay 5 rupees extra.
I had to ask at least 5 people for directions , if i found it so hard pls imagine the plight of visiting tourists.
Printing platform no. on tickets will reallu help.

We should consider the police force as our family member because they save us and sacrifice their personal life for serving the nation. If any illegal advertisement published in any forum and media then police should take the necessary action according to the law and jurisdiction. But no political and personal influence should be enter this matter. we know that complaints justification and court punishment order will take some time because this is based on the largest constitution.patience...

To receive a passenger from Sarai Kale Khan ISBT, there was a way from red light of Sarai Kale Khan to its nearby Interstate Bus Stand, which is at present closed. Because of this we have to go upto congested Ashram U turn, then after 5km we can reach from trans yamuna. Thus we have to waste time & fule and indirectly foreign currency. Same position is at Akshardham, these are all unscientific. Pl. look into the matter.
