Misleading advertisements, tricks gullible consumer in purchasing the products and services which are often health hazards or substandard in quality, for example – various pills/food supplements, fairness creams, etc.  The Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India having its office at New Delhi, would not be able to check the menace of misleading advertisement without the active participation and help from the State Governments, local self-Governments and the Police department of the States. These authorities are expected to intensify their action against the misleading advertisements as also the misleading advertisers on their own or once altered by the voluntary consumer organizations.

yes if the Gov. can,t take on directly as such police is generally blamed for first initiative then at least the forum ngo or others individuals can write with concern to the local authority but the officers do not allow those initiations by individuals for the fatique open up if every era gara is permitted for their definition about the one without support at least they should enter in the computer to open up the view for interested people and acknowledge the same to the person as done on GOV.

Make investment in stock market compulsory through Employee Provident Fund (e.g USA - 400 k plan) Each employee must contribute to investment in stock market. Also make sure siphoning of money and frauds by promoters do not take place which is rampant right now in stock market. Give strict jail terms. This will ensure public participates in economy and realizes the benefits of capitalism. The public will then leave socialism/communism which is bad for country.

please take lesson from experience of 65 years. dont involve state/local/police employees in controlling misleading advertisements otherwise they will become crorepatis and the evil will still remain. try to empower each of the 125 crore citizens of the country to check this evil otherwise just forget about it. Modi ji each of the ordinary citizen is facing bribery and corruption in his day to day life. When will you start the national campaign for corruption free government machinery ?

Placement of national flag at hoarding frame at aashram is giving no or very less importance to our TIRANGA!! In fact it should be placed at such a location where it heightems the sense of pride such as monumental TIRANGA at Connaught place!!

Policies on careful placement of hoardings & advertisements should be made! The locations should not be abrupt rather locations should be decided keeping in mind the visual quality of the place/city. Placement of hoardings should follow some intelligent positioning, pattern & should further improve in guiding the people rather than becoming visual obstructions.......
