A separate department is needed to look into this issue any advertisement which has an impact on health or which makes false claims shall be scrutinized and only if it feels that it can be aired must be allowed after getting the clearance.

Advertisements needs media, weather it is a print media or electronics media or any other media. So as a responsible organ of the society it is the duty of the media to not to allow misleading advertisements. It is therefore rules are needed which compel the media not to allow misleading advertisements.

our 65 years of experience is that if officers of state governments, local bodies and police are involved in taking actions against misleading advertisements, they will start becoming crorepati, but the poor consumer will not get the benefit. so for god sake, keep the government officers out of this work, in this highly subjective, discretionary and interpretation prone work. consumer affair ministry must enforce code of conduct for all advertisers by prosecutions.

The person who is employ of Indian railways should have dress code in office & they should wear a Id card which will be visible for the person who is interacting with him. There are many benefits of this program. Firstly the passenger will know who is railway employ & communication with proper person will be possible. Agents who are nearby reservation offices & stations will not able to fool passengers & due to I Card which will be displayed the passengers will come to know with whom they talk

Whoever advertise Stars, Cricketers,Sports by taking huge money shall be made liable for refund of loss of money if any by way of cheating in buying such sales/service along with that company management shall be included in the law. Then these models/celebrities will be careful in participating such adds.Fans also must resist their craziness to follow the adds of their stars blindly
