Moving towards becoming a cashless economy, Indian Railways has introduced a mobile based App "UTSONMOBILE" which enables booking and cancellation of unreserved tickets, issue and renewal of season and platform tickets, check and load R-Wallet balance and helps maintain user profile management and booking history. Users can download this app from Google Play Store or Windows store free of cost. This application is available on both Android and Windows smart phones.
Ministry of Railways invites suggestions from the general public regarding `UTSONMOBILE' App of Indian. Your suggestions will help us to examine the existing features of this App and make requisite improvements wherever necessary.

इस एप्लीकेशन में नार्थ एंड ईस्ट इंडिया का कोई व स्टेशन नही है अपडेट किया गया है जिसके कारण यह के लोगो को इस एप्प के फायदे नही मिल पा रहे है। कृपया जल्द से जल्द सभी स्टेशन को अपडेट किया जाए।

It must include a features which aware all class of passengers about new rule implementation in indian railway,also they must be aware about original extent of penalty during misdid.they must be aware about their rights.i hv seen several old and illiterate people who are fined considerable amount without any documental reciept.it pains me a lot.so add these features in app.#IndianRailways

travel route didn't change after ticket booked. I think its creat some problem at the time of strike, flood or other issue. So please add the route change facility after ticket booking.

#MyGov,नमस्ते सर मेरा जमीन रेल्वे के द्वारा कुदरा भभूया बिहार मे अर्जित किया गया है रेल्वे जमीन लेने पर जॉब देने के लिए कहा था लेकिन नहीं दे रहा है मे 6महिना से आप से प्रथन कर रहा हु पमोपग पर लेकिन जॉब नहीं दिया गया ओर मेरे मामले को पेंडिंग मे डाल दिया गया है ये सब pmopg के सेक्रेटरी सर के लापरवाही के कारण आएसा हो रहा है सर कृपया आप उन्हे आदेश देने का कृपया कीजिए की वह मेरे मामले को जल्द से जल्द निपटाए ओर मुझे रेल्वे मे जॉब दिलाने का कृपा करे सर प्लीज प्लीज सर

Booking should be allowed inside station premises as it helps to board a train if less time is left with passengers and also reduce the chaos at ticket counters.The booking should happen inside running trains also.
