Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

Bharat me, britishers ne aaj 100 years back unnoe Bharat me indian railways ko introduced kiye the but aaj bhi hume 100 years ho gaye aur aaj bhi bharat me sinlge track me trains chal rahi he. Jisse time bahut lagta he passengers ko. So I kindly request to you make double track of indian railways from kashmir to kanya kumari. So we can introduce the electrics trains instead of diesel engine train. Because railway is most important network to connect people from one state to another state.

The report of the institution must be put in legislatures or parliament as concerned. The goals fixed by the legislatures or parliament will be mandatory for the govt. in the time fixed.

We are working with an NGO for social awareness and information through web based application,we inform each & every citizen of india about their Govt.disbursements,and provide free legal assistance for getting the same.We born in 2011-12FY from Hojai,Nagaon,Assam,our we pages are-cdcassam,cdc4you/com.we observe that how Government could send benefit directly into a proper BPL citizen?if a BPL family never enlisted in any BPL census,if a BPL member has card but his name not matched in Govt.data.

Sir aap bholte ho ki bahar ke bankon me black money bahut he but sach to yeh ki humare desh me hi dus guna black money ke roop me chipa hue he. Every bussinessman is corrupt in India. Only few bussinessman giving their sales tax properly. But jyaada sa bussinessman community ne hi corruption ko badaye hue he.

pm g ager des ki garibi khatam karni hai ya phir garibo ko onka haq dena hai to ager sarkaar pr yeh aarop lagta hai sarkaar k chune huye member apno ko hi sarkaar ki di gayi koi raashi ya koi b samagri baatt te hai or virodi b chahe kisi b party ka ho yahi aarope lagate hai k apno ko hi de rahe hai jis se garib log reh jaate hai to sarkaar ko apne mantriyo ko b kuch nirdesh dene chahiye.

The institute Planning commission may be replaced by INDIAN commission (on the lines of EUROPEAN COMMISSION) or EXECUTION commission or RESOURCING commission that # Ensures the progress; #Evaluates the measurement of progress; # Identifies the variances; # Eliminates the causes; #Generates the resources; And MAKES THE NATION RESOURCEFUL. So, its deliverable must be IMPROVING the RESOURCEFULness of the nation. It must be evaluated for Quantum Increase in QUALITY of RESOURCEfulNESS.

Bharat me koi bhi bussinessman ek bhi aapna paka bill nahi deta. Jo aapni black money ko chupane ke liye koshish karta. Aur sales tax ki chori karta he. Kissi bhi dukhandar se pakka bil ki demand karo to vo bolta he sir vat lag jayenga 500 rupees ka. Sare aam janta ko befkuf banata he aur janta ko hi bahut buri tarah se loota he. Sir aapko mandatory karna padega. Ki everybusiness man has to give permanent bill to the customers.

The institution must work on planning part only. It should take the proposals from all the state govts and GOI. Then it must plan and set the goals to achieve for the state govt. and GOI in a particular period. The institution must also estimate for achieving the goals and suggest accordingly. This institution should be an autonomous body and the experts in their respective fields must do the job. It will judge the feasibility of the proposal and take care of the manifesto of the govt.
