Kisi bhi sansthan ke naam se ek sadharan admi ko bhi uske kaam ka pata chal jaye esi me naam ki sarthakta hai.
Sansthan ka structure
conflicting hone ka bajey
self supporting hona chahiye. Aur kaam karne ka tareeka ATM MACHINE KI TARAH asaan. Dar isi baat ka hai
Ki naye sansthan banane ki sari kavayad keval naam badlne tak hi na seemit rah jaye

unnecessary expenditure on unused infrastructure like foot over bridges, un-planned road over bridge, built just ti eliminate one signal but without planning of immediate next signal... unplanned cut on road even on highways... risk peoples life and create justification for another ROB, these are just examples.... think about one by departments, i can give you thousands of example, which are useless expenditure to exchequer. even aam janta do not planning commission. just listen to aam public.

Priority mission commission is a good name .should have three parts. ;planning , execution , and analysis. Each should have cells at state level , district level , mandal level ,and village level- ,may be full time employees or part time or nominated employees but all very knowledgeable and deeply committed

The Institution can be renamed to 'Indian Think Tank'. A committee of best philosophers, think tanks & experts of various fields would be formed, who will plan & form strategies for each scheme or programme launched by Central Government. Not only 5 year plans but also schemes which have to be launched in the 5 year term duration will be planned by this committee. As PM Jan Dhan Yojna, Swachh Bharat Mission, Make In India, etc initiatives are launched, so new strategies & evaluation can be done
