The institution must comprise the people who are scholars, creative and who are interested in the development of Bharatha. And new ideas in education, health sector, research etc should be entertained..And planning should be implemented not on the ledger of government..Planning commision should involve more people from different field-science and technology both.

Politician apni power ka miss use krte hai ye sub jante hai so companies se political parties ko alg krna by low jrruri hogya hai ab and audit hona jrruri hai supreme court ke under agency bna kr taki nispakesh jaach ho and corruption control ho

Sir according to me, first we should think about political corruption and we need audit all MPs and MLA and minister and policial partes should audit.
Aaj subse jaada corruption political partices me hai agr isko control nhi kiya to bddi problem face krni pdegi in future. Logo ka wishwash politics par wapus lane ke liye humhe phle corruption ko politics se durr krna hoga.
CAG ko power dekar supreme court ke under her politics party and sabki audit honi chaye taki corruption ktam ho

Sir according to me, central government prepare plan with direct coordination of state governments. State government should responsible to follow and implement of these scheme and a neutral board under supreme court that will check and audit wather state governments effectively utilized these fund and no corruption on this.
Meeting between central and state government compulsory hand on every 3months. Minister review and if needed lunch new scheme. Ek din sub state ke repetitive aahi skte hai

The institution should work to ensure the implementation and execution of Government policies, Schemes, Laws etc. this should work as a bridge between the Govt. and People(End user). As we all know the main issue in our country is lack of implementation of the same. The institution should act as a coordinator, to improve the coordination between the Govt. agencies and departments. So the time of clearance of Files or issues can be tracked and time could be reduced.

Following are some suggestions which are to be considered while setting up new body:-
1) The new body should first survey the present scenario and schedule the plan accordingly. The prepared plan should then carried out on pilot basis and if found successful then should be rolled out nationwide.
2) There should be systematic discussion forum in consultation with states for policy reform in specific sectors.
3) PM should monitor the progress & scrap or redesign those plans which aren't delivering

All trees shall get a number and tag of the planter for counting trees in the country. Tree census must be conducted in every 15 years in rotation in different places. We must set a target for ten trees for each individual in our country for 30 years. Once we stabilize our plantation work, we can feel confident to live happy life.
