Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

The new institution should include members for academia, this will help in identifying the areas that need research and will align the academia research with larger nation development goals.

We should make green channel (customs) faster at Mumbai airport and also work on the training staff on how to treat domestic people

The new Institution divide The Planing into Three Parts 1st part is short term 6 to 12 months 2nd part is medium term 2 to 3 year & 3rd part 4 to 5 year or more

हमें ब्रोकर वे को हटाना चाहिए। लघू उघोग, ऐसे उघोग जो व्यक्ति अपने घर में भी कर सके, उसे अपने उघोग को करने के लिए हर आवश्यक सामाग्री आसानी से उपलब्ध हो, कच्चा माल वह आसानी से प्राप्त कर सके, मशीन से लेकर मेपिंग हर चीज की उपलब्धता उसके लिए सुलभ हो, हर व्यक्ति कार्य करे, उसे अपने कार्य पर गर्व होगा, हम ऐसी प्रणाली बनाएं, परिवेश मे समाज मे पुरूषार्थ घुले ।

हमें लघू उघोगो को बढ़ावा देना चाहिए, उत्पादक ओर उपभोक्ता के बीच में जो व्यर्थ की श्रंखलाएं हे, उसे हमें हटाना हे । हम ऐसी सामाजिक प्रणाली बनाएं, ‘उत्पादक से उपभोक्ता’ एक सीधा संपर्क, सुगम्य संपर्क, एक सीधा आदान-प्रदान, उत्पादक की उपभोक्ता से संपर्क की सीधी आजादी और आजादी उत्पादक को अपनी कार्य प्रणाली सुगमता से करने की, सिर्फ़ आजादी ही नहीं यह तो होनी ही चाहिए, उसमें पूरा आत्मविश्वास हो अपनी आजादी का, पूरा आत्मविश्वास अपनी कार्यशक्ति की जड़े मजबूत बनाने का, ओर पूर्ण आत्मविश्वास हो अपनी सुरक्षा का ।

Retired NRI/ OCI are holding large funds. All this fund can come to India if India provides attractive investment opportunity. Two suggestions are given below: FCNR deposit scheme should provide option interest payout out interest on monthly basis. NRE deposits /FCNR deposits should also be made for duration shorter than one year.

I want to make suggestion over the situation in J&K for rescue mission undertaken by the government.No doubt rescue operation is going on but helicopters can't rescue huge crowd within time.It's a request to carry small boats through helicopters and unload them into the flooded areas and guide people to use them so that they can transfer themselves to secure places.This way they can help themselves but guidance is required to show them the right way.This can be a major step to help them in time.
