Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

Each Society / Locality should be provided with a Master Check Meter at the source 11 kV side and the sum total of all meters in the society should be tallied with the master check meter reading. Any surplus / deficit must be distributed equally over all the consumers in that society. Hence, NO Theft of Power.

All the Engineers and Technicians dealing with Meters / Billing are manipulating the Energy Meter Readings to provide High Power Theft Figures to the Govt. In Fact, the 11 KV and 33 kV feeders supplying to Industrial Areas are mixed up with rural and city supply to create an ambiguity and claim power theft. Suggest: All industrial areas must be check metered at the Main 33 kV side. Then the total consumption of the check meter must tally the sum of all industries.

One of the major problems in railway stations is that one has to climb the steps and then reach the platforms. This is major issue for old age people or people with disabilities. Shouldn't all railway stations should either have escalators ?

Energy Minister of Rajasthan recently said that there is TOO Much Power Theft. Don't believe him. The Power is actually being siphoned to Industrial Areas in an organized manner. And to patch up the figures, villages and cities are being blamed as thieves. It is all a game of Metering Time Cycle. They read all meters at different times so that you cannot reconcile the consumption. Industries resort to power theft to lower their Energy Bill so that they can claim rebates on Excise etc. too.

Tractors are designed for FARM Fields and the process enjoys Govt Subsidies too. Why Tractors are allowed on City roads ?? They are the biggest Safety Hazard on the Roads. Please also see the attached.
